  You can list any type of residential property for rent: apartments, studios, houses, and individual rooms.

• How fast can you find a tenant?

  While it depends on location and price, most landlords on our platform find a qualified tenant in less than a week on average. Our wide distribution and automated process significantly speed up the search.

• Where will my property be advertised?

  We publish your listing across all major Dutch rental platforms, such as Funda, Pararius, and Kamernet. We also post the home at our own platform with thousands of home searchers.

• How much work do I actually have to do?

  Very little. Your main responsibilities are to provide the initial property details and, if desired, conduct the viewings with the top-quality candidates we send you. We handle everything else.

• How do viewings work with Uprent?
